Something special is beginning to form in Atlanta.

Last week we talked about the mission behind the 50for50Club - helping people over 50 stay strong, healthy, and connected through fitness.

This week we’re taking the next step.

We’re moving from just a platform to building a real community.

Starting this month, we’re bringing the 50for50Club community together in person, beginning at one of the most iconic places in Atlanta.

Piedmont Park.

The First 50for50Club Community Meetups

Beginning Saturday, March 28, we will start hosting our official 50for50Club Fitness Meetups in Atlanta.

These meetups are designed for adults 50 and over who want to stay active, meet like-minded people, and connect with experienced trainers who understand fitness after 50.

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Frequency
Every other Saturday

These sessions will include:

  • Light group movement and mobility

  • Trainer introductions

  • Fitness Q&A

  • Walking groups

  • Strength and conditioning discussions

  • Community connection

This is not a bootcamp.

This is a community for people committed to staying strong after 50.
